2006 (California Reentry Study):This is an in-depth analysis of Prop-83 in California and what it was based on, much of which is beliefs of one lawmaker, Senator George Runner and his wife Assemblywoman Sharon Runner. These folks spearheaded the Sexual Predator Punishment and Control Act which was based on many false beliefs. The study focuses on the renentry of sex offenders into communites.
Unfortunately this study is such that it cannot be copied -even portions- hence this short paragraph about it.
